Required Skills: Valid optometry license and board certification Minimum of 2 years clinical experience Strong proficiency in comprehensive eye examinations and patient evaluations Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English; Spanish speakers highly preferred Ability to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable with EMR systems and clinical documentation Nice to Have Skills: Bilingual in Spanish Experience working in a hospital or FQHC setting Comfortable with driving to patient locations Prior experience with EMR training and shadowing Preferred Education and Experience: Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited institution At least 2 years of relevant clinical practice Experience in diverse patient populations Other Requirements: Currently eligible for licensure and certification in the state Willingness to undergo credentialing process (approx. 60-90 days) Local candidates or those able to self-transport; client will not cover travel expenses Availability for part-time schedule on Wednesdays and Fridays, with potential for additional hours at other locations Willingness to work day shift, 8-hour days (09:00 - 17:00) Compensation & Benefits: Hourly Pay Rate: $119.35 Competitive pay packages Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive W-2 medical benefits package Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other relevant reimbursements when applicable 24/7 dedicated support team to ensure your success If you're ready to advance your career in a rewarding environment where your expertise can truly make an impact, we encourage you to apply today.
