A dynamic opportunity is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support an elementary school setting through an itinerant contract position for the current school year. This role is ideal for a dedicated professional committed to applying behavioral analysis strategies to enhance student learning and development across various school locations. Location: Cambridge, MA Key Responsibilities: Provide direct behavioral support to elementary school students in diverse settings. Conduct assessments and develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to student needs. Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to implement effective behavior intervention plans. Monitor student progress and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights. Deliver professional development and training to school staff on behavior management techniques. Travel between schools within the district to ensure consistent service delivery. Preferred Qualifications: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification. Experience working in elementary education environments. Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles. Ability to work autonomously and manage itinerant responsibilities effectively.
