Amergis Healthcare Staffing is partnered with a much-respected facility in Southborough, MA who is currently seeking a qualified Medical Receptionist to assist them on a contractual basis. Details of the position include: Position: Medical Receptionist Location: Southborough, MA Start Date: ASAP Duration: 13 weeks - likelihood of extension or conversion to perm Schedule: - 40 hours per week - Monday - Friday - 8a-4:30p or 8:30a-5p Contract Requirements: - Locally based candidate with a reliable commute - 6+ months of experience working in a medical front office position performing duties such as scheduling appointments, checking patients in/out, insurance verification, collecting co-pays and maintaining medical records - High School Diploma/GED - Intermediate level of proficiency with Computer-Based Navigation (ability to navigate multiple screens, document electronically, typing while speaking on the phone & familiarity with technology) - Prior knowledge of Epic (EMR) Pay: $20/hr Parking: Free on-site Please feel free to contact me with any questions you may have regarding the position.
