Staffing Inc is partnered with a fantastic client that is an plastic manufacturing facility in Lowell MI who is actively looking to hire qualified individuals for their Maintenance department who are ready to start immediately. The ideal candidate will have previous experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, and etc. Maintenance Benefits: Temp to hire or direct hire options Paid benefits after probation (including 401k, health/dental/vision) Opportunities to grow and advance Wage depending on experience ranging from $25.00-$31.00 per hour. Maintenance Responsibilities: Comply with all quality, safety, and work rules and regulations. Process, troubleshoot and basic repair of all Blow Molding machines and supporting equipment, including robotics. Set up all equipment - tooling, conveying system, presses, etc. Perform preventive maintenance on all equipment in a timely manner. Use precision measuring instruments such as scale, calipers, and micrometers. Direct employees in safety, quality, proper procedures and ongoing training to reduce scrap/defects. Optimize equipment to meet or exceed target KPIs. Cost reduction of current manufacturing processes while maintaining quality standards. Organize and participate in continuous improvement projects targeting safety, quality, delivery or cost metrics. Update job knowledge by participating in education opportunities Work schedule may vary as necessary in order to meet goals including being on call. Understand and know how to operate within the code of the controller on all equipment. Document and improve process control. Maintenance Qualifications: Proven ability to manage processes, analyze information and meet deadlines Ability to enter and retrieve data from the ERP system Hydraulics, mechanical, electric, and pneumatic experience Basic computer skills
