Who we are looking for: We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level BIM Drafter to join and support our Piping/Plumbing VDC/BIM team. This role will focus on providing drafting support for as-built documentation, shop drawings, and installation drawings, while gaining hands-on exposure to plumbing and mechanical piping construction practices. The ideal candidate is eager to learn and grow within the construction and BIM environment and will work closely under the guidance of the BIM Manager to develop technical and industry knowledge. Formal Revit training and/or practical Revit experience is required. Primary Responsibilities Job Responsibilities: Update Revit and AutoCAD drawings for As-Built production Dimension and Annotate drawings for review, installation, and fabrication Assist in BIM coordination efforts through mentorship within the team Generate P&ID drawings under direction of engineers Learn to model plumbing and mechanical piping systems under the mentorship of BIM/VDC leadership Benefits and Comp Total Mechanical offers amazing benefits, including: 100% employer-paid medical/dental/vision care Flexible PTO Generous 401(k) match yearly profit-sharing bonus Educational assistance Position Requirements Experience and SkillsAn Associate of Applied Science degree (AAS) in Design and Drafting Technology OR CAD Certification or 3+ years' working knowledge of AutoCAD/Revit is required.
