Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Healthcare Facilities Audiologist to join our team and spearhead our mobile audiology services. In this pivotal role, you will work across multiple facilities, delivering exceptional hearing healthcare solutions directly to patients in diverse settings. Your expertise will ensure accurate diagnostics, effective treatment plans, and outstanding patient experiences. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations of hearing and balance disorders, utilizing advanced audiological equipment. Dispense hearing aids and perform hearing aid fittings, adjustments, and follow-up care tailored to individual patient needs. Collaborate with otolaryngologists and other healthcare professionals to develop integrated treatment plans. Manage travel schedules efficiently to visit multiple clinics or community sites, ensuring timely service delivery. Maintain detailed patient records using Microsoft Office tools such as Word and Excel and other industry specific software, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Educate patients and their families on hearing health, device usage, and maintenance while delivering exceptional customer service. Adhere to all safety protocols during clinical procedures to ensure patient safety and compliance with medical standards. Qualifications Doctor of Audiology, Au.D., from an accredited program; NJ Hearing Aid Dispenser License; licensure or certification as required by local regulations. Proven experience in geriatric audiology and familiarity with otolaryngology terminology. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple appointments and travel logistics effectively. In-depth knowledge of physiology, anatomy related to hearing and balance systems, and diagnostic evaluation methods. Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and other industry specific software (e.g. NOAH) for documentation and reporting purposes. Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect empathetically with patients of all ages. Leadership qualities with experience supervising or mentoring clinical staff or students. Customer service orientation combined with sales skills to promote hearing solutions confidently.
