This position works in the enterprise's Marketing and Communications department as part of the full-service, in-house creative team. Reporting to a Manager, Brand and Graphic Design Strategy, this position creates brand-compliant internal and external materials to support business needs and marketing objectives for BJC Health and its Regions.Primarily remote position with occasional onsite meetings and regional travel may be required.OverviewBJC HealthCare is one of the largest nonprofit health care organizations in the United States, delivering services to residents primarily in the greater St. Louis, southern Illinois and southeast Missouri regions. Produces impactful creative within brand guidelines. Possesses advanced technical proficiency in operating the latest graphic design software and platforms.Responsibilities Updates clients, vendors, supervisor, and/or manager on status of all projects via departmental project management tool. Consults communications and marketing personal on best use of time and hours. When applicable, recommends, selects and coordinates with third-party contractors and/or vendors to ensure production goals are achieved. Upholds image and identity implementation and compliance in accordance with the system, hospital or service line's graphic/brand standards and requirements. Creates and produces the production of innovative, effective, high-quality marketing and communications creative that promotes engagement and achieves business goals. Provides support and insight on creative executions and offers up ideas to optimize project deliverables.
