CNC Lathe Machinist

Job Title: CNC Lathe Machinist Pay Range: $25-$30 per hour Schedule: One shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM Currently working through lunch and leaving at 2:00 PM Position Overview: Seeking a CNC Lathe Machinist to replace a retiring machinist of 30 years. The ideal candidate must be able to step into the role with minimal learning curve. Responsibilities: Program (G-code) from a drawing at the machine control Set up and run parts Operate two CNC lathes: Daewoo 8S Haas SL 40 Perform normal maintenance of the machines Benefits: Health insurance (employee pays 15% of the premium) Dental insurance Two weeks' vacation in the first year Additional Information: The need is urgent. The retiring machinist is willing to help as needed after retirement.
