What You"ll Do:✔️ Conduct evaluations and develop individualized plans of care for pediatric patients.✔️ Implement and adjust therapy interventions to improve strength, mobility, and functional independence .✔️ Document services with our easy-to-use EMR system to meet clinical standards and payer regulations.✔️ Collaborate with OTs, SLPs, and other team members to ensure comprehensive patient care .✔️ Provide guidance and supervision to Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) and Physical Therapy Students.What We"re Looking For:✠Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program (or expected graduation).✠Oklahoma PT license (or eligibility to obtain, including upcoming board exam candidates).✠Experience or interest in pediatrics – Passion for working with children and helping them thrive.✠Strong work ethic, adaptability, and a team-oriented mindset .✠Ability to speak Spanish is a plus, but NOT REQUIRED – We provide interpreter support!What We Offer:?
