Sr Project Manager / Scrum Master (Local only)

Position: Sr Project Manager / Scrum Master Location: Freeport, ME (5 days onsite) Duration: 6+ Month Contract. Job Description : Summary: Client is looking for an Sr Project Manager / Scrum Master with a focus on Marketing and Data Analytics related domains. The Sr Project Manager / Scrum Master works under minimal supervision to plan, direct and coordinate activities of large, long-term, inter-departmental infrastructure or development project(s) to ensure goals and objectives of the project(s) are accomplished within prescribed timeframe and budgetary parameters. Candidates must have recent, real-world agile project management experience. Responsibilities: Skills & Qualifications: • Strong hands-on project management & Scrum Master skills - at least 5 years of experience managing complex IT efforts. • Management of large teams with members working in multiple locations. • Experience structuring work into various workstreams within a large project and managing multiple IT projects concurrently. • Strong applied use of PM & Scrum tools/techniques (planning, risk management, budgeting, cost control, assessment, software/SaaS acquisition/RFP, develop & management of Jira board, Scrum ceremonies, etc.). • Experience with vendor contracts and vendor management. • Excellent communication skills (oral and written), English-language skills, facilitation skills, etc. and ability to represent work at all levels of the organization (up to Executive levels). • Excellent people skills - developing strong relationships, building a trusting team environment, and ability to listen & translate into actionable plans. Experience with the following is desired, but not mandatory: • Cloud Data Platforms in support of Marketing, Customer Analytics & Personalization in an omni-channel retail environment. • WorkOtter, Jira, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint. • Understand business process transformation and change management practices.
