They are currently delivering a 50 plus unit multifamily project in Somerville and have a strong long term pipeline of work throughout Cambridge and Somerville, making this a growth driven hire rather than a project specific role. The firm operates primarily in the Midwest with nationwide project experience and expanded operations since 2022. Known for a collaborative, technology driven approach, they focus on leveraging data and strong processes to deliver complex projects on schedule and on budget. Their portfolio spans multifamily, mixed use, retail, hospitality, office interiors, healthcare, and institutional work, including interior build outs, renovations, and select ground up projects. Job Description The Multifamily Superintendent - Boston should have: Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation Allocate resources for assigned projects Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant The Multifamily Superintendent - Boston should have: 5+ years of Superintendent experience Previous multifamily experience (required) Thorough knowledge and understanding of the general and subcontract documents, drawings and specifications, construction means, methods and materials, understanding of line and grade and survey methods.
