Job DescriptionFull-Time BCBA (Bilingual Spanish Speaking)Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Full-Time Employment Type: Full-Time (Exempt) Rate: $80,000 - $120,000 + / year (higher for candidates with strong leadership and bilingual skills) After-School Home-Based ABA Services Afternoon & Evening Caseload Location: Montgomery County, MD We are seeking a clinically strong, ethical, and collaborative Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to oversee and provide home-based ABA services during after-school hours. This role focuses on supervising RBTs, conducting assessments, designing individualized treatment plans, and partnering with families to ensure meaningful progress within the natural home environment. Role Summary Lead clinical operations, conduct behavioral assessments and intervention oversight, mentor staff, and serve as a clinical authority. This position bridges direct client work, supervision, and team leadership. Responsibilities Lead comprehensive assessments, skills evaluations, and write intervention plans. Provide ongoing clinical supervision to RBTs and assistant BCBAs. Train and coach families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams. Ensure fidelity of ABA service delivery and ethical standards. Engage in data analysis and reporting to support client outcomes. Participate in program development and quality improvement initiatives. Qualifications Master's degree in psychology, special education, or related field Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential and active Maryland +5 years of BCBA experience (strong preference). Prior experience working with students or school-based behavior systems. Track record supervising or mentoring ABA practitioners, including RBTs.
