We're seeking the right candidate for the position of Floor Nurse - Weekend Option at Tupelo Community Care Center. In this vital role, you'll ensure that our residents receive the highest level of care while collaborating with a dedicated team, providing exceptional clinical leadership and support. Work Saturday & Sunday and receive pay for 40hrs!Available Shifts: Saturday/Sunday- 7a-7p or 7p-7aShift diff of $3.50 begins at 3p! What You Bring to the Table:Essential Qualifications: Evaluates the physical, emotional, and social needs of the residents. Reviews residents care plans, assures plans are followed and documents resident medical records. Supervises care provided by the Nursing Assistants assigned to the unit, providing intervention, education, and assignment adjustments. Prepares and administers medication and treatments. Consults with physicians. Receives and records orders as required. RequirementsThe Ideal Candidate: Current Mississippi Licensed Practical or Registered Nurse license-current/active CPR certification preferred Long-term care experience preferred Other Qualifications: Has not been excluded from participating in Medicare and Medicaid programs. Maintains eligibility to participate in Medicare and Medicaid programs throughout employment.
