What You'll Do Evaluate and Develop Treatment Plans Perform comprehensive assessments and design personalized rehabilitation programs based on each patient's unique needs and goals. Implement Therapeutic Interventions Utilize evidence-based techniques such as targeted exercises, manual therapy, and mobility training to restore function and improve quality of life. Monitor Patient Progress Track outcomes and adjust treatment strategies as needed to ensure steady, measurable progress. Collaborate with a Multidisciplinary Team Work closely with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and other specialists to provide well-rounded, patient-centered care. Educate Patients and Families Provide clear guidance on home exercises, mobility aids, and healthy lifestyle habits to support continued recovery and long-term well-being. Promote Mobility and Wellness Advocate for injury prevention and physical activity as key components of overall health and rehabilitation success.
