We are seeking an Electrical Installer who is both a "culture fit" and has the right skills - strong residential electrical troubleshooting, installation and replacement experience. Starting pay depends on experience level. TRUE work-life balance: M-F 8a-5p, 40-42-hour work weeks. (No weekends or "on-call" hours.) Option to work weekend calls IF desired (but not required) with double time pay Paid weekly All appointments are set by the office; you can focus on doing what you do best. Company uniform iPad provided for dispatch, estimates, and job tracking Responsibilities Be prompt and efficient Solve customer's electrical issues and build confidence that their home will be safe Troubleshoot electrical issues Deliver top-notch quality customer service Perform quality control testing Keep your company vehicle well maintained Assist customers in evaluating repairs versus replacement options and perform work as needed such as... Light Fixtures Switches /Receptacles Circuit wiring Breakers Breaker / fuse panels Electrical service metering equipment Perform routine maintenance inspections Access areas of the home being serviced, such as, but not limited to crawl spaces and attic areas Skills and/or Requirements Minimum 5-8 years of prior professional-level electrical experience Journeyman's license for Delaware High school degree or GED Valid driver's license and clean driving record Own your own hand tools Able to pass a drug test and background check Attributes Positive and friendly - outgoing personality Enjoy helping others and it shows Clean cut, professional, and career oriented Strong work-ethic. (reliable & shows up on time) Excellent communication skills. (able to explain technical things in a creative, easy-to-understand manner) Open to new approaches and being coached.
