About the Internship ESS is seeking a graduate-level Clinical Counseling Intern (Master's in Clinical Counseling) for a full academic year unpaid placement. This internship offers hands-on experience providing school-based mental health services under the supervision of a licensed clinician. Interns will be embedded within one school site and will work as part of a collaborative interdisciplinary team. Responsibilities Under supervision, interns will: Provide individual counseling to students Co-facilitate or facilitate group therapy Participate in treatment planning and case consultation Engage in family communication and meetings Complete clinical documentation in ESS's electronic medical record Attend supervision, team meetings, and professional development sessions Qualifications Currently enrolled in a Master's program in counseling.
