Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT)Location: Hudson, FL Area Job Type: Full-Time - Nights (Rotating Weekends) Compensation: CRT: $25-35/hr RRT: $27-37/hr Sign-On Bonus: $10K for FT Days (with 1 year of experience & 2-year commitment) $20K for FT Nights (with 1 year of experience & 2-year commitment) Relocation Assistance: Case-by-case basis Position Overview: Join a high-performing, supportive respiratory care team committed to providing exceptional patient-centered care. As a Certified Respiratory Therapist, you will assess and implement individualized respiratory care plans for patients across all age groups. Key Responsibilities: Administer both routine and complex respiratory therapy procedures to patients of all ages Operate and manage acute care ventilators for both short and long-term use Accurately maintain department records and enter data into hospital systems Act independently when needed, particularly in the absence of the team leader Qualifications: Completion of a vocational/technical program or an AMA-approved respiratory care program (Associate's degree required; Bachelor's preferred) Current Florida State License as a Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) BLS certification from the American Heart Association (required) ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications (must be obtained within 6 months of hire) Physically able to stand, bend, squat, kneel, and reach frequently throughout shift
