We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker interested in the Behavioral Health field to join our team at Renown Health's Crisis Care Center. This center will aid and resources to individuals in our community who are experiencing mental health challenges and crises. Position Details: Full-time employed position with Renown Medical Group as a Provider Dedicated Team: MDs, NPs, RNs, LCSW, Peer Support Specialists, & Security Officer Meet a significant community need and improve access to mental health and addiction treatment by connecting adults to the right care. Reduce the number of adult psychiatric and addiction patients being treated in Renown Emergency Departments to open beds for other individuals with medical needs. Maintain communication with patients treated at Crisis Care Center for at least one year to track recidivism and progress of care coordination.
