Position Summary: Unison Health is seeking a dependable and skilled Facilities Technician to join our team and provide general maintenance support at our new and existing locations across Northwest Ohio. This full-time position plays a key role in maintaining the safety, functionality, and appearance of our facilities while supporting Unison's mission of creating hope through superior integrated community healthcare. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, take pride in maintaining high standards, and want to contribute to a mission-driven organization that makes a difference in the community. Key Responsibilities & Role Highlights: Full-time position with 1st shift availability Work across multiple Unison Health locations in Northwest Ohio Participate in facility maintenance, repairs, and renovations Collaborative, team-oriented environment supporting clinical operations Opportunities for on-site training and professional development Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of Unison facilities Assist with relocation and setup of equipment and furniture Support building renovations and facilities projects Perform routine grounds maintenance and general repairs Complete other maintenance and facility-related duties as assigned Education & Experience Requirements: High school diploma or GED required General maintenance experience preferred Must be able to lift 50 pounds routinely Must possess a valid driver's license and be insurable under Unison's commercial automobile policy Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks effectively Unison Health is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).
