Maintenance Mechanic

HiFyve is hiring a 1st Shift Maintenance Technician in the Manufacturing industry in Springfield, OH!Salary: $22.00 - $36.00 per hour Shift: 1st Shift (Mon-Thurs, 5:00 a.m.-3:30 p.m.; occasional Fri/Sat overtime) Location: Springfield, OH Job Duties and Responsibilities Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on production equipment and facilities. Troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems. Maintain and repair metal stamping presses. Follow all safety, lock-out/tag-out, and company procedures. Communicate effectively with maintenance and production teams. Work safely in confined spaces and at heights up to 40 feet. Maintain accurate maintenance records and schedules. Education Requirements High School Diploma or GED required. Technical training in maintenance, hydraulics, or electrical preferred. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Metal stamping press maintenance experience required. Familiarity with Allen Bradley PLCs preferred. Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills. Ability to lift 25-100 lbs and perform physical work safely. Basic computer and data entry skills. Valid driver's license; steel-toed shoes and safety glasses required.
