New Construction Plumbing / Mechanical Foreman

Job Type Full-time Description Candidate must be well rounded and have a strong background in all Plumbing Systems. Candidate must be able to manage large projects ranging $5 - $20 million dollars. Performing duties and responsibilities to include, but not limited to, managing labor, sub-contractors, and project according to plans and specifications. Candidate must be able to communicate and coordinate effectively with all JJM employees, General Contractor, Owner, Owner Reps, Project Managers, Architects, Engineers, Trades, Inspectors, and Vendors. Requirements Minimum 7 years' experience in Plumbing &/or HVAC Systems Journeyman in Plumbing or HVAC license preferred Journeyman in Gas Fitting preferred Extensive knowledge of all codes Detailed resume with references within the industry Portfolio or History of previous projects Must be familiar with all aspects of Plumbing Systems from the ground through the roof Must be computer literate and tech savvy Experience with the process of rigging, installing, start-up, and commissioning cooling towers, chillers, boilers, large roof top equipment Experience with hydronic and refrigeration piping processes Experience with VRF systems Salary Description $45 and above
