Success in this role requires strong hardware integration experience, lab organization, and the ability to ensure systems accurately represent real-world radar configurations. Primary Responsibilities Configure and maintain lab environments: servers, network switches, Cat5/RF cabling, power systems. Lead hardware-in-the-loop (HWIL) testing for radar systems. Set up operating systems (Windows/Linux), including networking and configuration. Manage lab inventory, equipment readiness, and coordinate shipments. Strong organizational and communication skills. Experience with inventory logistics and customer interaction. Desired Skills Experience in government/defense environments. Practical networking certifications (e.g., CCNA, Network+). Familiarity with radar systems and hardware-in-the-loop testing. Top Skills to Look For Hardware Integration in Labs: Look for hands-on experience setting up servers, networking gear, cabling, and OS installation. This is a highly practical role. Hardware-in-the-Loop Testing Experience: Candidates who've worked on HWIL setups-especially radar or sensor systems-are ideal. HWIL simulates real-world conditions, so that experience is golden. Defense or Radar Program Exposure: While not always mandatory, familiarity with radar systems or defense environments means a faster ramp-up.
