About the job ServiceNow ITOM Engineer ( FedRAMP) ServiceNow ITOM Engineer ( FedRAMP) needs 8-10 years experience ServiceNow ITOM Engineer ( FedRAMP ) requires: Experience of ITOM suite (CSDMCMDB Discovery Service Mapping Event Management) within ServiceNow Knowledge on FedRAMP security, authorization, and continuous monitoring ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (Mandatory) Onsite at any of these locations- San Francisco, CA/Cincinnati, OH/ Dallas, TX Oracle Developer 6i - Forms Strong knowledge on Mid server placement for FedRAMP instance as well as handling NERC assets in line with regulatory compliance. Cloud Fundamentals| Windows Unix admin skills Intermediate knowledge and ability of understanding Infrastructure environment setup (Server Network Storage etc.) Good understanding in Monitoring tool Knowledge and experience with base platform reports Good experience in Scripting RegEX (JavaScript| Unix Shell scripting and Windows scripting and PowerShell) Experience in integration using REST API SOAP any other technology Knowledge of unit testing| system integration testing| performance testing| user acceptance testing| or any client-specific testing Worked with and understands the value in creating repeatable processes to design development| test| staging and production environments that are reliable with high availability Must be ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator Should possess knowledge in Agile Scrum methodology Basic knowledge with ITIL industry standards Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
