Join our team in a flexible PRN/on-call role where you can make a meaningful impact while maintaining work-life balance! Our therapy approach is centered on strong rehab-to-home outcomes, helping patients return safely and successfully to their prior level of function. You'll work alongside a collaborative interdisciplinary team in modern therapy spaces with leaders who value your expertise and contributions. Key Responsibilities Evaluate residents and develop personalized treatment plans to address functional deficits, mobility needs, and rehabilitation goals Provide direct therapy services in accordance with physician orders and industry standards Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team-including nurses, physicians, and other therapists-to ensure holistic resident care Educate residents, families, and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and strategies to promote independence and safe mobility Accurately document evaluations, progress notes, and treatment outcomes in compliance with regulatory and facility requirements Qualifications Current Physical Therapist license in the state of Nebraska (or eligibility) Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program Strong clinical and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and encourage residents Previous experience in a skilled nursing, assisted living, or rehabilitation setting preferred What's in it for you: Competitive benefits package including low premiums, short-term disability, long-term disability, HSA contribution matching, 401(k) with company match, and more!
