QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or related field Current Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) credential through the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) State licensure/certification where applicable Strong communication and counseling skills, with the ability to simplify complex nutritional information Experience in [acute care/long-term care/outpatient] setting preferred Core CompetenciesPatient-centered care with a focus on measurable health improvement Critical thinking and clinical judgment Interdisciplinary collaboration Cultural competence and adaptability Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Impact of the Role As the Dietitian, you're not just writing menus-you're influencing recovery, improving quality of life, and ensuring that nutrition is a driving force in patient care outcomes.
