An opportunity is available for a skilled Registered Nurse with Medical-Surgical expertise to provide exceptional patient care during the night shift. Schedule/Hours: 36 hours per week Three 12-hour shifts Night shifts from 7:00 pm to 7:30 am Every other weekend required No call responsibilities Variable days and nights Qualifications and Desired Experience: Active RN license with Medical-Surgical (RN-MS) experience Current ACLS and BLS/BCLS certifications Previous medical-surgical nursing experience is mandatory Prefer candidates with telemetry experience Compliance with Maine state-mandated flu vaccination Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive nursing care to medical-surgical patients during night shifts Monitor patient telemetry when applicable, ensuring timely and accurate reporting Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to maintain optimal patient outcomes Accurately document patient status and treatments according to established protocols Adhere strictly to timecard submission rules to ensure timely processing This position is offered as a contract role, ideal for nurses seeking flexibility and the chance to work with an established medical surgical team.
