Senior Estimator - Process Equipment & Oil & Gas Projects Tulsa, OK | Full-Time | Direct Hire About the Role We're hiring a senior-level estimator with direct experience in process equipment and oil & gas projects to support the RFQ and proposal phase for fabricated and packaged equipment. You'll own the technical side of estimating-ensuring client specifications, codes, and quality requirements are accurately incorporated into competitive, executable estimates. Pay & Benefits Compensation: $100,000-$130,000 (Direct Hire) Health & Wellness: Medical, dental, vision Retirement: 401(k) with 4% match (after 6 months) Time Away: PTO + paid holidays Coverage: Life & disability insurance Career Growth: Long-term opportunity in a stable, project-driven organization What You'll Do Review client RFQs and technical specifications, applying applicable codes and standards (including American Petroleum Institute and ASME). Build compliant estimates for fabricated and packaged process equipment; define cost and schedule impacts tied to specification and quality requirements. Obtain and evaluate compliant vendor and subcontract pricing and lead times. Provide fabrication capacity and delivery risk input to improve schedule accuracy. Support pre-award specification discussions and serve as a technical compliance resource after award. Must-Haves Process Equipment / Oil & Gas Experience: Senior-level estimating experience for fabricated or packaged equipment (skids, vessels, exchangers, compressors, separators, or similar). Must have previous experience in an Estimator role ACCE Software - Required: Hands-on experience using ACCE estimating software. Specification & Code Experience: Proven background interpreting client technical specifications during the RFQ / proposal phase. Work Environment Primarily office-based with close collaboration across estimating, engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain. Regular vendor and customer interaction; occasional travel.
