Job Summary: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Part-Time We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. 20 hours per week, M-F 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM. Additional hours may be available as needed. The primary responsibility of this position is to serve as a backup aide for home health and hospice patients, providing high-quality, patient-centered care in the home setting. When not providing direct patient care, this role will also support care coordination and administrative tasks in the office, assisting with daily operations and team support. Key Responsibilities: Provide personal care and assistance to home health and hospice patients as assigned Serve as a backup aide to ensure continuity of patient care Support care coordination and office-based tasks as needed Communicate effectively with patients, families, and care team members Maintain professionalism, compassion, and respect in all interactions Requirements: Active and current CNA license Must be at least 18 years of age Strong interpersonal and communication skills Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused Must be available M-F from 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM Comfortable working both in the field and in an office setting This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their workday, values teamwork, and is passionate about caring for others.
