We are seeking a compassionate and motivated part-time Registered Nurse to join our Virginia REACH team in supporting adults with I/DD and mental health needs at our warm, home-like Adult Crisis Therapeutic Home (ACTH) in Woodbridge, VA. $5,000 sign-on & retention bonus for part-time, new hire nurses! Position details: Every Other Weekend, Sat & Sun 11am-11pm Location: Woodbridge, VA Compensation: $40.00 per hour Your Role in Our Mission Make a real difference by providing compassionate nursing care to adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities and behavioral health needs in our Adult Crisis Therapeutic Home Administer medications, perform nursing assessments, and ensure each individual receives the highest standard of care Educate and empower individuals regarding their physical and mental health Collaborate with a dedicated interdisciplinary team to create personalized care and treatment plans Ensure safety and compliance by maintaining accurate documentation and following all clinical standards Play an essential role in promoting stability, recovery, and hope for those we serve Provide guidance to Behavior Techs and LPNs as needed Why Join Us?
