This is your chance to gain valuable skills in manufacturing, safety protocols, and quality inspection-plus, expand your expertise with pallet jack operation. What You'll Do: Perform daily maintenance and safety checks on powder coating equipment to ensure optimal operation. Prepare products for the powder coating process, including cleaning, masking, and loading parts onto production lines. Assist with checking finished products for quality, ensuring they meet company standards. Operate battery-powered pallet jacks and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently. Follow production plans and safety procedures to maintain a safe and productive work environment. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area to support efficient workflow. What You'll Bring: High School diploma or equivalent. Previous Powder Coating experience required. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
