About the job CNC Swiss Machinist A client of ours, a precision medical device manufacturer, isseeking experienced CNCSwiss machinists in Seabrook,New Hampshire. Theyare looking for individuals to edit programs, set up andoperate CitizenSwiss machines, andmaintain CNC programs. The role involves troubleshooting,optimizing production, and collaborating with engineering on newproduct development. KeyResponsibilities: CNCProgram Management: Creating,editing, and maintaining CNC programs, as well as setting upmachines and creating setup sheets. Troubleshootingand Optimization: Collaboratingwith others to minimize downtime, investigate new methods, andoptimize production processes. Collaboration: Workingwith engineering and production teams on new product development anddesign for manufacturing. ProductionSupport: Settingup and running production equipment to meet customer demand. Requirements: Experience: Aminimum of 3 years of CNC Swiss lathe machining experience istypically required. Education: Ahigh school diploma or GED is generally required. Skills: StrongCNC machining capabilities, programming skills, and the ability toread blueprints are essential. PhysicalDemands: Lightto moderate physical exertion, including lifting and carrying up to50 lbs, and standing for extended periods. Theircapabilities include additive manufacturing, validated processes, andsupply chain integration.
