Assembler (2nd Shift)

Job Full Description We are seeking an Assembler for a manufacturing company in Fitchburg, MA. You will be handling assembly work of electro-mechanical products by following work instructions, quality standards, and established manufacturing procedures in a production environment. Responsibilities Perform hands-on assembly work following work orders and detailed instructions Use a variety of small hand tools and precision equipment to assemble components accurately Accurately complete daily work orders and time sheets Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation Identify and report issues with materials, equipment, or work instructions Follow established production, quality, and safety procedures Use ERP systems for production tracking as required (training provided) Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent Previous assembly experience in a manufacturing environment preferred Strong attention to detail with steady hands and good eye-hand coordination Ability to lift up to 15 lbs Basic math skills Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English The hours are Mon-Fri 2:30PM-11PM.
