RN Manager Infection Preventionist

What will I do as an RN Manager? Assume responsibility for supervision and evaluation of nursing care for the 36 long term care beds at Masonic Health Care Center Actively manage and participate in the admission/discharge process. Under the Director of Nursing, supervise and evaluate licensed and non-licensed nursing personnel. Assist the physician in giving pertinent medical attention and care to residents in a family-like atmosphere. Coordinate clinical training for Nursing Department staff per regulations and facility needs. Respond in emergency situations to assure resident/staff safety and security. Requires: Minimum education, certification and/or licensure: Licensed as a Registered Nurse in Wisconsin, BSN preferred. Must have valid CPR, and infection control (CIC) certification.
