ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT - Accounts Payable Focus/FT

IMPACT, a non-profit organization serving individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities, is seeking a qualified Accounting Assistant -Accounts Payable Focus, for our Administrative Department. The Accounting Assistant's primary responsibilities are to process accounts payable and payroll transactions in accordance with company policy utilizing the current accounting and supporting software. Strong attention to detail is required to ensure accurate information is posted to general ledger accounts for accurate reporting purposes. REQUIRMENTS: Experience with Accounting software, Sage Intacct preferred. Proficient with Office 365 applications. Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now. Familiarity with Therap and National Data Care RFMS record systems.
