Job Title: CNC Machinist Location: North Ridgeville, OH Shift: 2nd Shift - Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM-11:30 PM Pay: $25-$30/hr (based on experience) Overview: Nesco Resource is seeking an experienced 5-Axis CNC Machinist with Haas machine expertise for a clean, modern manufacturing facility in North Ridgeville. This second-shift role is ideal for a detail-oriented machinist who enjoys working on short-run, tight-tolerance parts and takes pride in precision work. Key Responsibilities: Set up and operate 5-axis Haas CNC machines Read blueprints and work orders to produce precision parts Edit and adjust programs as needed to maintain quality Inspect parts using precision measuring tools Troubleshoot machining issues and maintain a safe, organized workspace Qualifications: 2+ years CNC machining experience (5-axis required) Experience with Haas machines, setup, and program editing Ability to read blueprints and understand GD&T Experience with short-run, tight-tolerance machining High school diploma or GED Ability to pass pre-employment screening Benefits: 401(k) with company match, health insurance, HSA, life insurance, and paid time off.
