Job Description Plans, coordinates, directs, controls and/or assists in the supervision of port, transportation, warehousing, and accountability of logistics in support of contingency operations. Additional Qualifications/RequirementsPosition is in a Contingency location, minimum one-year assignment Working and living conditions may be considered adverse Must be able to pass military medical/physical requirements Must be able to obtain a US Special Issuance Passport Must be able to obtain necessary Security Clearance level for position Must have a valid driver's license Job Qualifications Eight years of supply chain management experience, which includes at least four years in logistics/transportation. One year of experience at the pay band 4-2/4-3 level or equivalent industry experience is required. Or Bachelor's degree and six years of supply chain management experience, which includes at least four years in logistics/transportation. One year of experience at the pay band 4-2/4-3 level or equivalent industry experience is required. Degree (one of): BACHELORS DEGREE - Preferred Major/Minor (one of): BUSINESS - Preferred LOGISTICS AND TRANSPORTATION - Preferred SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT - Preferred Major Duties Directs, plans and organizes daily workload in support of contingency operations. Supervises assigned associates within the work area; analyzes productivity standards established for the contingency work unit. Provides resolution to personnel issues in accordance with established guidelines. Interacts directly with local command and AOP contacts. Performs other duties as assigned.
