Job Responsibilities Personalized Treatment Development: Assess patient needs and create individualized therapy strategies aimed at helping them meet their functional aspirations. Implementation of Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based methods to improve patients' motor abilities, cognitive functions, and everyday living skills. Collaboration with Interdisciplinary Teams: Work in concert with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to ensure holistic and integrated patient care. Patient and Caregiver Education: Teach patients and their families about therapeutic exercises and techniques to support continuous progress at home. Monitoring Outcomes: Regularly evaluate and document patient progress, modifying treatment plans as necessary to ensure effectiveness.
