Travel Pharmacist | Williston, Vermont

A travel opportunity for an experienced pharmacist is available at a 100-bed community hospital affiliated with a major university health network in Vermont. This role is ideal for candidates with strong IV pharmacy experience and the flexibility to work under a temporary Vermont license while pursuing permanent licensure. Location: Williston, Vermont (with assignment at hospital in Berlin, VT) Schedule: Monday through Friday Shifts include: 6:30 AM-3:00 PM, 10:00 AM-6:30 PM, or 12:00 PM-8:00 PM Contract Duration: 4 to 6 months, ASAP start Qualifications and Desired Experience: Minimum 5 years of pharmacy experience Strong IV medication knowledge and experience Ability to obtain a Vermont provisional license; permanent license to follow Previous hospital or community health system experience preferred Responsibilities: Perform medication reconciliation and order verification activities Manage vancomycin dosing and lab monitoring Provide expert renal dosing guidance Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure safe and effective medication use This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute your clinical expertise within a collaborative and academic-affiliated environment while benefiting from Vermont's temporary licensing options.
