Job Title: Building Maintenance WorkerPosition OverviewWe are seeking a reliable and mechanically inclined Facilities Technician to support the daily maintenance and upkeep of our facility. This role is responsible for maintaining both interior and exterior building systems to ensure a safe, clean, and functional work environment.Key Responsibilities Perform landscaping and general upkeep of building exteriors Conduct cleaning and routine maintenance of interior office spaces Inspect, maintain, and replace interior and exterior electrical lighting components, including switches, outlets, and lightbulbs Replace missing or damaged ceiling tiles and ceiling grid components Perform maintenance on drain pumps and drinking fountains; investigate and address leaks Order, pick up, deliver, and track inventory materials with proper documentation Essential Skills & Qualifications Strong mechanical aptitude Ability to read and follow maintenance and operational instructions Experience in one or more of the following areas: Facilities maintenance and repair Janitorial and cleaning services Landscaping Plumbing HVAC systems Additional Qualifications Light HVAC experience preferred Why Work Here?
