Green Mountain Family Practice is seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our team at Central Vermont Medical Center in Northfield, Vermont. In this role you will step into a well-established patient panel, practice full-spectrum family medicine in a modern, integrated clinic, and support student health at nearby Norwich University-all within a close-knit team that values collaboration, continuity, and patient-centered care.
