Job Full Description Job Title: Fence Installer Location: Fairhope, AL Pay Rate: $15-$16 per hour Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM (30-minute lunch) Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Fence Installer with 1-2 years of fence building experience. The ideal candidate will be bilingual (English/Spanish), dependable, and able to work efficiently in a team environment while maintaining quality and safety standards. Responsibilities: Install various types of fencing (wood, vinyl, chain link, etc.) Measure and lay out fence lines Dig post holes and set posts Use hand and power tools safely and effectively Load and unload materials and equipment Maintain a clean and organized job site Follow all company safety procedures Requirements: 1-2 years of fence building experience Bilingual (English and Spanish) required Valid driver's license Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor Strong work ethic and reliability ?
