Hanania Automotive Group is seeking a high-performing, strategic Corporate Fleet Director to lead and scale fleet operations across 17 dealership locations. This executive-level role is responsible for driving commercial, government, and business fleet growth while optimizing operational efficiency, strengthening manufacturer partnerships, and increasing overall fleet profitability. Fleet Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive corporate fleet strategy across all dealership locations Drive revenue growth through commercial, municipal, government, and rental fleet sales Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate accounts, municipalities, vendors, and OEM representatives Oversee fleet inventory acquisition, allocation, and lifecycle management Analyze market trends, manufacturer incentives, and regional demand to maximize profitability Partner with General Managers and executive leadership to align fleet goals with overall store performance Negotiate large-scale fleet contracts and pricing agreements Monitor and manage KPIs including volume, margin, retention, and account growth Ensure compliance with manufacturer programs and regulatory requirements Lead, mentor, and develop fleet managers and related staff across all locations Identify new revenue channels and strategic partnerships to expand market presence The Hanania Advantage We offer a competitive compensation package and comprehensive benefits, including: Performance-based compensation Medical, Dental, Vision, and Supplemental Insurance 401(k) with Company Match Paid Time Off Career advancement opportunities within a growing organization Employee vehicle purchase program The Leader We're Looking For 7+ years of progressive automotive dealership experience with significant fleet leadership Demonstrated success scaling and optimizing fleet operation Executive presence with exceptional negotiation and communication skill Experience overseeing multi-location operations preferred Bachelor's degree preferred (Business, Automotive Management, or related field) Valid Driver's License with clean driving recor Must be able to pass pre-employment screen (background & hair follicle drug test) Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times. Must be able to bend, stretch, kneel, and squat.
