Job Overview: Search Solution Group is seeking a Contract HRIS Specialist on behalf of our client, a company specializing in fashion accessories and jewelry. This role is responsible for supporting HR operations through accurate management of employee data within HRIS platforms. The HRIS Specialist will play a critical role in maintaining employee records, processing employment lifecycle changes, and supporting reporting functions while collaborating with internal and international teams. This is a fully remote position with the potential to transition into a full-time role. Key Responsibilities: Manage employee lifecycle transactions within SAP HR, including hiring, terminations, and employment changes Maintain and update employee data within HRIS systems ensuring accuracy and compliance Work within SAP HR ECC on-premise environment, specifically supporting Personnel Administration (PA) and Organizational Management (OM) modules Create and maintain positions and organizational units within SAP Support HR reporting and data administration activities Assist with onboarding processes using ADP Workforce Now Collaborate with internal HR teams and EU-based teams to support global HR operations Participate in virtual team meetings, touchpoints, and project updates Provide behind-the-scenes HR data administration and system support Ensure data integrity across multiple HR systems, including Employee Navigator and similar platforms Requirements include: Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field preferred (or equivalent work experience) Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an HRIS or HR operations role Hands-on experience actively working within SAP HR required Experience supporting HR data administration and employee lifecycle processes Skills: Strong SAP HR system navigation and data management skills Ability to manage multiple HR systems simultaneously Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Strong analytical and reporting capabilities Effective communication and collaboration skills in remote environments Certifications: SAP HR certification preferred but not required Knowledge: SAP HR ECC (on-premise) required Personnel Administration (PA) and Organizational Management (OM) models HRIS processes including hiring, terminations, employment changes, and reporting ADP Workforce Now experience preferred (training available) Experience with Employee Navigator or similar HR platforms is a plus Key Competencies: Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking High level of accuracy and data integrity focus Ability to work independently in a remote environment Collaboration and cross-functional teamwork Adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving environment Effective time management and prioritization skills How to Apply: To apply for this position, please click the "Apply" button at the top right of your screen.
