Overview The Accounting Clerk provides administrative and accounting support to the Food & Beverage Finance Manager. Responsibilities include A/P and A/R processing, GL entries, month-end closing activities, and other general clerical tasks as needed to support the venue's Food & Beverage Operations. This part-time position's schedule expectations averages 8-10 hours per week and is expected to follow a consistent schedule throughout the Winter, Spring, and Fall seasons, with little to no work during the summer months. This role pays an hourly rate of $15.00-$17.00. Benefits for Part-Time roles: 401(k) Savings Plan and 401(k) matchingThis position will remain open until April 17, 2026. Responsibilities Support Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Create purchase orders using the online AP system Gather invoices from the Warehouse Receiver and upload/organize them in a shared drive Process and pay invoices, matching them to corresponding purchase orders Assist with vendor setup and onboarding in the AP system Monitor the Accounts Payable mailbox Assist with month-end closing tasks as assigned Perform additional clerical duties as assigned Qualifications Strong mathematical and computer skills Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Word & Excel) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated with strong organizational abilities Able to work independently Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
