Offer sporadic inpatient evaluations and therapies, ensuring comprehensive continuity of care. Keep precise records in compliance with regulatory and organizational guidelines. Pursue ongoing professional growth through continuing education and collaboration with peers. Education A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution. Completion of a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if not yet ASHA-certified. Certifications State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist. Preferred Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification to be obtained within 30 days of employment.
