A skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed for a contract position in a school setting located in Lansdale, PA. This opportunity is ideal for a motivated professional experienced in pediatric speech therapy and looking for a flexible, part-time schedule. The role focuses on providing high-quality speech-language services to a caseload of 25 students. Responsibilities: Conduct speech and language evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement therapy sessions Deliver services to students with diverse communication needs in a school environment Collaborate with teachers, families, and other educational staff to support student progress and communication goals Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of student progress and therapy outcomes Utilize teletherapy techniques as needed to expand access to services Ensure compliance with relevant school and healthcare guidelines, including Continuous Full Year (CFY) requirements for clinical fellows Qualifications and Desired Experience: Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) Previous experience in school-based, pediatric speech therapy settings Proven ability to manage a student caseload effectively, ideally around 25 students Familiar with teletherapy practices and pediatric communication disorders Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work independently within a flexible weekly schedule Work Schedule and Location: Located in Lansdale, Pennsylvania Three days per week, from 8:30 AM to 1:30 PM Flexible scheduling to accommodate personal and professional needs This contract position offers an opportunity to contribute to meaningful pediatric speech therapy in a school setting while maintaining a balanced schedule.
