Schedule Evening Shift: 2:30 PM - 10:30 PM, with every other weekend required. Job Description The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will provide care in a 40-bed unit focusing on long-term care patients, including those with multiple sclerosis, orthopedic conditions, dementia, and memory care needs. The position requires floating to all units within the same building. ResponsibilitiesProvide direct patient care and support under the supervision of registered nursing staff. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Assist in monitoring patient conditions and reporting changes to the nursing team. Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Required Experience / Certifications / LicensureMinimum of 1 year of experience in a long-term care setting.
