Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Rehab / LTC (Travel Assignment) Location: Newark, NY (14513) Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Night | 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM Schedule: Monday - Friday | Every Other Weekend Required Weekly Pay: $800 - $852 Travel Requirement: Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility Position Overview "Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a dependable and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a 13-week travel assignment in a Rehab / Long-Term Care (LTC) setting. This opportunity is within a 41-bed facility known for its collaborative environment, structured patient ratios, and supportive clinical leadership. Key Responsibilities Assist residents with ambulation, feeding, bathing, hygiene, and repositioning Perform bed baths, linen changes (occupied and unoccupied), perineal care, foot care, and skin care Monitor and document vital signs including blood pressure, pulse, respirations, temperature, and pulse oximetry Assist with catheter care, specimen collection, and measurement of intake/output Support pressure injury prevention and adhere to infection control standards Safely transfer residents using Hoyer lifts, transfer belts, sliding boards, and wheelchairs Follow PPE guidelines and isolation precautions Promptly report changes in resident condition to nursing staff Float to other units as required based on facility needs Required Qualifications Minimum 1 year of CNA experience Recent Long-Term Care (LTC) experience required Strong patient care skills and ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team Flexibility to float as needed First-time travelers welcome For more details contact at or Call / Text at 516-862-1169.
