Production Technician

Job Title: Production Technician Job DescriptionAs a Production Technician, you will utilize precise processes and tools to set up molds in a variety of machines. This role involves printing work orders, viewing production schedules, learning to manage mold cycles, troubleshooting basic equipment failures, performing preventive maintenance, responding to machine alarms promptly, and reporting any irregularities to the Team Lead or Lead Tech.Responsibilities Set up molds in a variety of machines using precise processes and tools. Print work orders and view production schedules. Learn to manage mold cycles effectively. Troubleshoot basic equipment failures. Perform preventive maintenance on equipment. Respond to machine alarms in a timely manner. Report any irregularities, such as high scrap rates, to the Team Lead or Lead Tech. Essential Skills 2+ years of experience operating injection mold machines. 1+ year of experience in machine troubleshooting and preventive maintenance. 1+ year of experience in injection mold setup, setting molds in machines, and running first articles. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in operation, assembly, and machine operations. Familiarity with clean room environments and medical assembly. Willingness to participate in an apprenticeship program for career growth. The work schedule follows a 2/2/3 pattern with 12-hour shifts, offering every other weekend off. Shifts are available during the day and night. Employees are required to gown up, with no jewelry or makeup, and must wear booties, masks, and safety glasses. The environment is welcoming, and the team is friendly and supportive.
