Summary Core Molding Technologies is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the CEO and executive leadership team. This role serves as a trusted partner, providing high-level administrative, operational, and project coordination support in a fast-paced, confidential environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and experienced in supporting senior executives with professionalism and sound judgment. Key Responsibilities Manage complex executive calendars, meeting logistics, and shifting priorities Prepare executive and board-level presentations, reports, and correspondence Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements Support Board of Directors meetings (scheduling, materials, minutes, secure records) Serve as a central point of contact for executive communications Maintain organized and secure electronic filing systems Support cross-functional projects and corporate initiatives Coordinate executive meetings, off-sites, and corporate events Oversee corporate office operations, including space planning, office moves, vendor coordination, and workplace readiness Support facilities-related projects and general office functionality Partner with HR and leadership to support employee engagement initiatives, internal events, and culture-building activities Qualifications 4+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior leadership Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) Experience preparing professional, executive-level materials Exceptional organizational and time-management skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated ability to handle highly confidential information with discretion and sound judgment Ability to operate independently and anticipate executive needs Preferred: Associate's or Bachelor's degree Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment Schedule & Environment Full-time, Monday-Friday. Occasional extended hours may be required. Office-based role with periodic interaction on the manufacturing floor (PPE required when applicable).
